I love the characters... Sammi is so caring, and Cleo the undead cat ... is such a character! Fun! And I also loved mundane author DeAnn. Her imaginative use of names was fun! The tone is just right, humorous and carrying excitement. Combine that lighthearted tone with lots of magic and a clever mystery, and you have a winner!

A Fun Twisted Tale

This first of the Pixie Twist mysteries, set in beautiful, magical St Maurice, is a fun read with a real twist at the end. I loved Twizzie Twist right from the start, and her friends are all great. I thoroughly enjoyed reading it and the ending was a surprise and kept me guessing.

This was heaps of fun to read. I was looking for something light and fluffy for a badly needed change of pace, and what a surprise I got--not just cheerful but downright exuberant, like a book equivalent to what I imagine a day in Disneyland would be like.
